Talib Kweli packs the quad for epic Quadstock XX

In case you missed it, Quadstock XX was truly epic. Almost 10 hours of music, sun, food, fun and hundreds of frisbees. The evening culminated with a reunion performance by Reflection Eternal, a legendary collaboration between Talib Kweli and DJ Hi-Tek. The quad was packed during the duration of the set, and the energy was unlike any event I’ve ever seen at SU. Reflection’s hour plus set included new material off their forthcoming album, classics from their first album and even tracks from “Black Star,” Kweli’s mainstream breakthrough album with Mos Def. Here is a video of one of the songs they performed,  ”Too Late,” off of the Reflection Eternal album “Train of Thought.” SEAC really did pull off an amazing event. Check back over the next few days for more Quadstock coverage here and at su-spectator.com
